Be aware that because KnowEnG is providing the scalable computation for free, there are some limitations placed on accounts. These include:

DATA RETENTION

• Uploaded spreadsheets older than 1 week are subject to deletion after a reasonable notification period

• Analysis results older than 1 week are subject to deletion, after notification

UPLOADS

• Uploaded spreadsheets must be plain text files in .tsv format • Uploaded spreadsheets must be plain text files in .tsv format • The maximum size for any uploaded spreadsheet is 250MB • The cumulative total for all uploaded spreadsheets may not surpass 5GB

COMPUTATION

• The total number of analyses concurrently queued or executing may not surpass 5 • The total number of analyses concurrently queued or executing may not surpass 5 • The maximum number of bootstraps per analysis job may not exceed 200 • The total number of saved analysis results may not surpass 40.
