Computational Methods for Analyzing Transcriptional Regulators of Drug Response

The broad aim of this project is to associate regulatory factors with drug response by integrating various sources of -omics level evidence at the gene regulatory level. By doing this, we hope to uncover both known and novel regulatory factors that could form new theraupetic targets or elucidate the pharmacokinetic/pharmcodynamic pathways through which the drug acts.
